4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Harassment & Abuse: No bullying, stalking, threatening, or harassing other users
- Hate Speech: No content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality
- Spam & Advertising: No unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or excessive self-promotion
- Illegal Content: No sharing of illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material, illegal drugs, or violence
- Impersonation: No impersonating other users, moderators, or public figures
- Adult Content: No sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate content
- Privacy Violations: No sharing of others' personal information without consent
5. Guest vs Registered Users
You may use Kampung Chat Room as a guest without registration. Registered users may have access to additional features. Registration requires a valid email address and agreement to these Terms.
6. Moderation & Content Removal
We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also ban or suspend users who repeatedly violate our policies, without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Kampung Chat Room, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Kampung Chat and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAMPUNG CHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Kampung Chat Room immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
